Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc.
Rich mouthfeel, with aromas which remind one of red forest fruit in a perfect combination with spices that blend with the aromas of the barrel. A noble wine with rich characteristics and complex taste.
Best when served at room temperature, around 18-20° C, with red meat in complex sauce, game and spicy cheese. It will respond to aging for up to 10 years after harvest.
