Shipment of products abroad
When someone orders products to be delivered to their country, they must acknowledge that the products are acceptable and approved to be imported to the country of destination / delivery.

Pricing Policy
All prices may change at any time at the discretion of GreekFoodShop.com. Charges are made in the currency in which the customer has chosen to shop. GreekFoodShop.com reserves the right to reject any order that includes incorrect prices that may have occurred due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, pricing errors made by the producer / manufacturer, translation errors, etc.
Prices are negotiable after communicating with GreekFoodShop.com and usually depend on the kind of the transaction, the quantity, the products and the payment method.
Postage and package cost is calculated when the order has been completed or after direct consultation with GreekFoodShop.com.

All our goods are professionally packed for safe delivery to Greece and Europe.
Our products are dispatched via Courier Service (a package tracking service is available) and you will be required to sign upon delivery. Delivery time is 4 to 7 working days for Europe and 2 to 3 working days for Greece, depending on the geographical location. Orders given on weekdays till 11.00am will be delivered to courier company the same day (provided that the product is in stock available). Orders given on weekends or holiday will be processed on the next working day.
If we are in no position to dispatch your order due to a shortage of products etc, we will contact you within three days to inform you about the expected date of dispatch.
Additional charges, such as import duties and taxes levied by the authorities of your country once the shipment reaches your country, must be met by you.
Please check the delivery address, as the company is not responsible for delivery to incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible and will have to meet the cost for resending or returning an order due to incorrect address.
Accepted payment by credit card, Visa or Mastercard, and by Paypal. Your credit card will be charged with the total value of the goods ordered, as well as shipment cost, once your order has been confirmed. For deliveries within Greece you can also pay with cash on delivery. Alternatively, a bank deposit can be done in our bank account, following an order by email and once your order has been confirmed, by depositing the total value of the goods ordered, as well as shipment cost.
Ownership
Once your order has been delivered, you acquire ownership of all goods. GreekFoodShop.com shall not be liable for any damages inflicted on the goods, unless the damage is the manufacturer’s responsibility / error and is covered by warranty.
If an order is not received or if a product received is either faulty or damaged, then a return claim must be submitted to GreekFoodShop.com, within 20 days from the date the goods have been dispatched.
Your claim along with other details must be sent by email to info@GreekFoodShop.com.
Following this, there will be a process of investigation and if this results in a satisfactory conclusion of what has been claimed by the customer, then a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be issued for the customer and only then can faulty goods be returned.
If you require exchange or return because the product is not to your liking or is not as expected, except for the case when you have changed your mind regarding the purchase, then the return shipment cost and other charges will have to be met by you. In order for the procedure to be completed, the products must firstly be received by us in the original condition in which they had been shipped.
The following options are available:
Credit: The amount of the transaction performed, at the value the currency you chose had on the day of the transaction, will be credited to the appropriate account.
Refund: If there is going to be a refund, then the transaction will be performed in the same way that the payment was (eg if the payment was performed with a Visa, the refund will also be credited to a Visa).
Returns will not be accepted if they are due to a change of mind. Therefore, be careful while choosing, as returns and changes will not be allowed.
